Oleg Rohtla is a private executive personal trainer based in central London with over 14 years of coaching experience and a background as an international bodybuilding competitor. He trains both women and men, guiding clients to become healthy, strong, muscular, lean, flexible and pain free.

His clients include founders, lawyers, traders and senior leaders who want visible physical results without sacrificing professional time. Every programme is built around the individual. Sessions are held in private studios across central London. Exact addresses are shared after booking.
What happens in the first session?
A 60 minute private assessment. We discuss your goals, review movement patterns, and map out your programme.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Programmes are built for your starting point, whether you are returning to exercise or refining an existing routine.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week for consistent progress. We will find a rhythm that fits your schedule.
What results can I expect?
Visible changes typically begin within 4 to 6 weeks with consistent training. Results vary based on commitment and starting point.
Is it fully private?
Yes. Every session is one to one in a private studio. No shared gym floors, no interruptions, full discretion.
Can I reschedule if I am travelling?
Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Flexibility is built in for busy diaries.
Do you advise on nutrition?
Nutrition guidance is included as part of your programme. It is practical, tailored, and designed to fit a professional lifestyle.
What should I bring?
Training kit, water, and your own towel. Towels are not provided. Showers and changing facilities are available at every studio.
